ED at 25

Recently I've noticed I've been a lot more fatigued, and lethargic.

Over a few months I've lost approximately 8kgs (~78kg - 70kg) of muscle mass. I've always been pretty lean and eat a clean diet, don't smoke, rarely drink heavily and try to exercise regularly.

What really made me take note was when in bed with a new girlfriend, I failed to sustain an erection which was incredibly embarrassing. I can't understand why this would happen, I feel like I'm too young for anything like that.

Re: ED at 25

Erectile dysfunction in the age of 25 is a serious problem which may be contributed by the physical and psychological issues. There are very rare chances that a man experience ED in the age of 25 due to the physical health problems.

Emotional problem, performance anxiety, bad experience and prolonged stress are the common symptoms that cause ED in young age. Avoid the use of Medications if you are not sure about the root causes. Immediately consult with the professional physician for the better help but never hide anything with physician. There are many medications that are prescribed by physician to get the harder erection such as viagra.

But these medications have adverse effects on the men health so choose wisely and only after the prescription. There are many foods that may also help to improve the erection like watermelon, avocados, bananas etc.

Re: ED at 25

Once you have yourself checked out for an underlying medical cause, I would attack the psychological side of things as well. I ran into a similar problem when I was about 25. Then it went away. Then it happened again when I was in my early 30s.

Yeah, I hated it both times, so I totally understand. But I ultimately determined that it had a lot more to do with my state of mind than anything physical. If you're extremely stressed - or in one of my cases, I had serious doubts about the relationship I was in - it can shut everything down.

I also think you should look into the psychological side since ED at 25 is pretty uncommon.

How did it go now?

ED is a sign of sugar disease. It is because high levels of blood vessels are harmful to blood vessels, including those involved in providing blood to the time of weight gain during weight loss.

Re: ED at 25

There are many factors that can cause weak erection, like stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem etc. As you said you have lost 8 kgs in a short time then that's not something you should ignore.
You should consult a doctor and speak about everything that can probably be a reason to your erectile problems.

As men age, they see several changes in their sexual function, of which one is trouble getting an erection. Apart from Viagra for erectile dysfunction treatment, there are many natural alternatives to get rid of this problem. Going for a walk in the morning or evening can help you improve overall physical health, thus increasing the blood flow in the penis. Eating healthy foods such as fresh fruits, green vegetables, whole grains, etc. can make your body function more efficiently and increase energy.
