Genital Herpes Outbreaks

Hi all

Having been diagnosed with genital herpes a couple of years ago, I have been having recurrent outbreaks in the form of burning down the thigh and small sores on the penis shaft on a constant basis for the last 6 months or so. I can’t work out why I am having these outbreaks. I don’t feel stressed and haven’t been in sunlight much.

Has anyone else experiences recurrent outbreaks, and if so would you have any advice on how to reduce the number of outbreaks?
