Unexplained Erectile Dysfunction

Hi,

I am 35 years old, male with average body and borderline BMI index on the negative side. I've recently got married and never had vaginal sex before marriage. I was unable to penetrate for some time as I was confused about my condition. Visited a few doctors who told me that I had no physical issues which could cause Erectile-dysfunction. My testosterone is good and fsh is also normal. I don't drink, smoke or have diabetes. Doctor advised me Cialis 10mg.I took Cialis 10mg but that didn't help much as the Erections were good but not good enough to penetrate. Even 20mg Cialis didn't help either. I was growing desperate as I was unable to consummate my marriage. But one fine day, I was able to penetrate and consummate my marriage without any tablet. Just happened without any aid. But I still seem to face Erection issues as I am unable to penetrate sometimes. And this is really disturbing me as I am not sure as to what is wrong with me. I read on Internet that it could be physiological ED but I am not sure. I am insomniac and work night shifts. Not sure if it has something to do with stress, performance anxiety etc. Please advise...

Re: Unexplained Erectile Dysfunction

Hi Rocking_Mu,

Sorry to hear that your erection issues are persisting at times. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific medical advice, but would urge you to talk to your GP so that they can investigate further to see if it is physiological. They may refer you to a Sexual Therapist who will then help identify the root cause if they believe it is psychological.

Please find below a link to a blog we had on ED which may help:

Re: Unexplained Erectile Dysfunction

Your problem seems to be circulatory since vasodilatators helped a bit (cialis/viagra).
I’d ask for checking blood flow in the urinary region. GP needs to give you a referral.
Otherwise shockwave therapy may be promising to you as it addresses the issue better than meds however, it is not cheap and finding a specialist in the UK can be challenging.
ANyway. A visit at the GP/sex clinic is recommended.

Re: Unexplained Erectile Dysfunction

Hi
Try what works for me (the simplified version): do low squats (with or without weights, as needed) every couple days, take quality multi-vitamin & mineral supplement (Melaleuca), dose c60-in-olive-oil or c60-in-water (Slic60.com) every day [you will quickly notice results in circulation and semen count]. The only thing that I can recommend psychologically is to gain confidence by educating yourself (search for David Shade content such as PDF etc.)

I've also used some herbs from China that work great but I've found that c60 is easier to get and works well - especially for men.

Best wishes,
Anahim
