what to do about MICRO PENIS?

Hi all,
I'm 18 and I have a micro penis unfortunately. Its like an inch when soft and 3 inches when erect. My penis has now grown since I was about 13 years old. Is there anything I can still do about it or am I stuck with it now? Would testosterone therapy do anything or is it too late? I've already finished puberty years ago. I also have a bunch of other issues such as paraphimoisis, phimoisis, a short frenulum, and the foreskin is still attached to the back of the glands so it doesn't go past the head for some odd reason.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. One other thing to mention is that I've also being losing my hair quite. Starting to go bald on the top, not sure if its related or not.

thanks

Re: what to do about MICRO PENIS?

Doctors diagnose micropenis when a person's penis is 2.5 standard deviations below the average stretched length for their age and level of sexual development.

The prevalence statistics of micropenis vary between studies. Micropenis and other birth abnormalities can be related to environmental factors, such as parental exposure to pesticides during pregnancy. As a result, this condition may be more common in specific populations.

Research has estimated that the average penis size for an adult is 13.24 centimeters (cm) or 5.21 inches when stretched. For adults, doctors consider micropenis for a stretched penile length of less than 9.3 cm or 3.66 inches.

ok thanks, can anything be done about it to at least make it 4 inches instead of 3 inches? Would testosterone therapy do anything or is there no cure at all for micro penis? I'm 18.
