Low libido

For the past almost year I have had 0 libido and strugged with erectile dysfunction for awhile after I tried to get shredded for summer and even after I bulked back up I had the same issue of low libido whether it was sexual desire or desire to do other things so I went to an endocrinologist and got a blood test that came back fine so wich direction should I go to get help? And does anyone have any advice?

Re: Low libido

Hi, could be a thyroid problem, I had hypothyroidism at 38 and my libido went down. I started to control the symptoms with synthroid, and with the help of Maca 500 mg, Omega 3 and L-Arginine 1000 mg I came back to the business :D. But you have to be sure you find the highest concentrations, is more effective.

Re: Low libido

Sir,

Are you able to be erect and masterbate to ejaculation? If so, maybe this is a more mental issue, in which case some counselling or therapy could really help you in your situation when it comes to being aroused in your day to day life.

Secondly, if it is the case you are not aroused at all, maybe asking the doctor for some sildenifil (viagra) might help? It will allow the blood flow into the penis to be easier and retain it also. You may find this stimulating and over time some sexual confidence will emerge, improving your libido.

Also, I find personally that wearing underwear that is very loose fitting (or going full commando) allows for some freedom of movement and better blood flow.

Hope that helps in some way,

Re: Low libido

Get some exercise and up your Vitamin D. In the process of getting shredded, make sure not to cut out too many carbs... those are important for testosterone.
