Re: Premature ejaculation

How goes my friend, I had premature ejaculation for a long time.

And while I'm still not able to go on indefinitely (at some point the arousal gets too strong, and ejaculation is unavoidable), I can last significantly longer than I used to.

There are natural ways and there are medical ways to overcome premature ejaculation. In the past I've taken SSRIs, a type of antidepressant, and they greatly increased the amount of time I could last while on it.

There are several natural ways to delay ejaculation that work as well, for instance: Kegels on their own work wonders... strengthen the PC muscle. But keep it relaxed during sex... tensing it up may actually cause you to finish sooner.

In general, the medical methods are quicker and more effective, but they can bring side effects such as lowering your libido and gaining weight. Some SSRI's, such as paroxetine and dapoxetine can be taken on demand, though, in order to pretty much eliminate any risk of sides.

Hope this helps, and good luck!

Re: Premature ejaculation

Hello. Unfortunately yes, it brings up tough memories. I was 22 when i first noticed that it lasts a bit to short before i ejaculate. I was trying to pretend and persuade myself that it's nothing and that it's ok at the beginning. But when it repeated few times I became really worried. Luckily, at that time I had great girlfriend, who understood and we talked openly about it for weeks. So we made a decision to go to the doctor and he prescribed me Cialis. It was quite good, it did the work and my intercourse did last longer, but often it had side effects. So after a bit of researching on the internet I asked him if he can give me 1 jelly (official name of the product is Kamagra Oral Jelly). And it changed my life. Erection is really hard and not only that I dont have ejaculation problems, my sexual life is way better than before and I feel much more confident going into sex. It really does the job and i would advice you to give it a try if it is available in your country of course. I think it is made in India and that it is well spread over the world. There are numerous of pharmacies that sell and it's quite cheap also. Hopefully you get rid of these problems and you stay safe in this tough days.
