Outbreak around my penis, help!

I noticed this a week ago, started off bad. Now it's worse. I visited the hospital but never fully got an answer, it was more of a heres some antibiotics see if they work and gtfo so I can treat someone else scenerioes.

Anyway, theres over a dozen different shaped bumps or soars on and around the shaft of my penis all isolated to the left side. Some of them have a white puss like build up inside them, some just look like blisters. The muscle under the infected area is started to get soar and this infection is itchy as hell with an on and off pulsating pain that feels like fire. I'll attach some photos that I took for a better look

Thank you for your recent post. Sorry to hear that you don't feel you were treated correctly when you visited the hospital. Are you still taking the antibiotics? Have you noticed any improvement whilst taking them?

I'm on day 3 of 5 for the Antibiotics and I feel as if it only got worse. New bumps, itchier then before.

I have taken about half the supplied amount of antibiotics and I feel like the outbreak is spreading farther, becoming more irritated and no improvement.
