Rash on penis head (PICTURES) help!!!

A couple months ago I noticed a rash on the head of my penis it didn’t itch wasn’t sore or nothing after a few days it disappeared
About 4 days ago I noticed very small white spots on the underneath of my foreskin and on the head , that would tend to pop if I ran my nail over them softly.. so I cleaned my penis and the spots have gone but left red marks then cleared up but I’ve still got the rash on my penis head can anyone help me with this I’m just scared it herpes as iknow symptoms come and go in flares

Thank you for your post. We would definitely recommend a visit to your GP/Doctor to rule out any form of infection. You could also talk to your local pharmacist and they may be able to recommend something over the counter but to be sure and to rule out anything more serious we do feel a visit to your doctor would do this.
