Wired spots inside if my foreskin

Hi everyone

This is the first time me talking about this. About six months ago, I had anal sex with a partner. I wore a condom. At one point, my penis hurt, as if the foreskin was being stretched. After this, I have been having problem with my penis.

The helmet always seems a bit red, and small paper like cut would appear whenever I was erect. Head of my penis seemed very dry too. Also seemed hard to fully pull my foreskin back when erected. It would pull back passed my helmet, but not fully back.

Now, I have another problem. One of the places where I got cuts, these white spots have appeared. They do not hurt, but I am worried they might be warts.

Re: Wired spots inside if my foreskin

Hi Colin, thanks for having the confidence to share this on our forum and we're really sorry to hear you're going through this discomfort. We always recommend speaking to your GP but we understand it can be uncomfortable - could you reach out to a sexual health clinic near you? Some of these are walk-in centres so you don't always need an appointment and quite often you don't have to discuss your issue until you're in a private space with a healthcare professional, and it's all very discreet. Here is a good resource for finding a clinic near you: https://legacy.brook.org.uk/find-a-service

In the meantime, we have a free well-being support programme, which is free to join and features a sexual health topic to help offer you extra guidance and support:

We also have an upcoming online clinic on prostate & testicular health 2019, where you can post a question to one of our experts (anonymously if you'd like)

We really hope this helps and that you resolve the problem soon.
