Orgasm and Ejaculation change...

I am not overly concerned about this but I am curious. About four months ago my orgasm and ejaculation changed. I'm 49 and know how everything always worked. Now, about 4-8 seconds prior to that first contraction a good amount of semen is leaking out. I can feel it rising up and just leaking out instead of what always happened before which is that first contraction during orgasm is when the semen would be propelled out of the shaft. It's changed the ejaculation, ie: not exactly going to win any competitions in regards to who can shoot the furthest. The orgasm still feels the same and my erections aren't any weaker just this timing thing is off and it doesn't make sense. I appreciate any thoughts.
