I believe this is probably "Seminal Vesicilitis" 8 years after being treated for chlamydia, and 1 year after being treated for epididymitis. Anyone ever seen anything quite like this before?

Chlamydia infection and Gonorrhea infection which are untreated for a longer period of time can lead to scarring and obstruction that can affect both male and female reproductive organs, for this reason always practice safe sex and if in doubt or if there are unusual symptoms like discharges or pain in the genitals after unprotected sex ,better seek medical advice for early treatment.
