3 random bumps near genitals

Hello. I have just now discovered these 3 little prominent bumps near my genitals. I managed to make them bleed extremely easy by attempting to pop them (stupid I know).

I have only had sexual relations with 1 person and this was quite some time ago so I don't feel it's anything sexually transmitted
