ED / No Libido / Total Loss of Feeling

Hi,

Where to begin...

I started experiencing sexual health problems seven years ago now, at the age of 25, maybe even earlier but around that time is when it became very prominent. At the time I had a new girlfriend and performing was an issue so that has stuck with me, the relationship quickly broke down. At this point I started experimenting with viagra with mixed results. It usually did enough to allow me to get an initial erection and then I would be ok. As time has gone on I have found myself getting gradually worse, I don't use viagra anymore as it was causing me issues so I moved onto cialis, which was better but not a guaranteed fix. Placebo maybe?

Over the years I have tried numerous supplements, pills, exercises but now I find myself with zero desire. It is rare that I wake up with an erection. If I get close to someone it doesn't last long as I procrastinate about not being able to satisfy them. I try to masturbate but rarely get excited enough to ejaculate.

More recently my penis and genitals in general feel removed from my body. My scrotum is extremely tight and my testicles never seem to relax/drop anymore and my penis is forever shrunken. In the past I was fairly confident in myself but my penis seems to have retracted in size.

I have been referred to a urologist but this has been going on for seven years. I'm at the point of giving up and consoling myself to a life of being alone and without a family. The situation is desperate but I can't seem to find any information for the severity of my issue out there.

Hi J_Stak_1988,

Thank you for posting and sorry to hear about your symptoms. You may wish to discuss with your GP a two pronged approach:

Referral to an endocrinologist, who will be able to assess whether you have a hormonal imbalance which could be causing these symptoms.

Referral to a sexual therapist (which can be conducted over the phone) as there could be a psychological element to this as well.

Please find a link here about the help they can offer:

Some things are better over time. In your case practice will make perfect.
