Lost intense pleasure of Orgasm after this happened
I'm 45 years old. About 12 years ago, during oral sex, an anonymous sexual partner tightly clamped her teeth together as she took in my scrotum into her mouth, pressing down on the region where the scrotum hangs from the base of the penis.
A few days later, I couldn't feel the intense pleasure of an orgasm at all. Since then I've completely lost the feeling of that intense pleasure. Despite this loss, everything else seems normal like developing a libido, an erection, and having an ejaculation.
What could be causing this? Has anyone else experienced something like this where you've lost the intense pleasure of an orgasm due to a physical injury to the scrotum, etc.?

Erections and ejaculation are controlled by spinal nerves. Orgasm is in the mind. Usually the two are coordinated, but if they are not start with a neurological exam and then if all is well see someone in mental health.
