Premature Ejaculation-Its Types, Causes And Prevention

To comprehend premature ejaculation, we must first define ejaculation.

The ejection of sperm from the body via the penis is referred to as ejaculation. When your penis becomes firm and you become sexually excited, a viscous fluid may shoot out of your penis, which is known as ejaculation. The central nerve system regulates ejaculation. When a guy is sexually excited, the signal is sent directly to the brain, and when a man receives the degree of stimulation, the signal is sent from the brain to the reproductive organs. This may induce sperm to exit the penis, resulting in ejaculation.

Premature ejaculation, also known as PE, is a condition in which a male ejaculates prematurely during sexual intercourse. It is also known as premature climax and early ejaculation, and it is a prevalent problem in men. In general, it does not create any bodily problems, but it can be a bother if it makes sex less joyful and has an impact on your relationship. Furthermore, premature ejaculation refers to a condition in which a man ejaculates uncontrollably or just before penetration during intercourse. It could be as a result of insufficient sexual stimulation. As a result, both parties experience an insufficient level of happiness during sexual intercourse. Primary premature ejaculation, on the other hand, indicates a circumstance in which a guy has always had a problem.

2. Secondary Premature Ejaculation: It refers to a condition where a man has developed the problem recently. It is also called acquired PE. The problem of secondary type may be related to physical or psychological problem and may contribute to premature ejaculation, incorporating of excessive intake of alcohol or an infection in urethra gland.

PE is frequently seen to be a psychological disorder, but there may be certain medical factors as well, which are given below.

2. Take a deep breath to inhibit the ejaculation response, which raises oxygen levels in the brain and controls premature release.
