No hard on and painful testicles & lower stomach

Hi everyone,

When I'm with my girlfriend and get aroused, I noticed I tend not to get an erection as easily as I used to. After a while, my testicles and lower abdomen feel sore and painful. It feels like I'm getting a blood build up which isn't making its way to my penis. Does anyone know what could be wrong with me? I'm really confused and a little worried about what could be wrong.
