Very first step for dry hairs - Keep your hair clean, like Dandruff free.
before oiling first shampoo your hairs , and then apply olive almond oil on scalp or if you olive almond oil is not available then pure mustard oil will also work. (Mustard oil is best for hairs to keep silky and shine hairs)
Oil your hair before bed and wash your hairs next morning. In few weeks you can see changes in your dry hairs.

Great advice. I totally agree with you oiling is a must for healthy hair. It also moisturizes dry hair scalp.

If Your hair is very dry then you can follow some tips to make them good and more healthy these are:
1. Get a trim
2. Avoid washing your hair every day
3. Cut down on heat styling
4. Try colder showers
5. Use essential oils ....Etc.
