Hairloss is deeply distressing for women AND men. Hair is part of our identity and attractiveness. My sister has lost a lot of her hair. It is something that she can't do anything about now. But there ARE treatments. The advice on here is great in that way, too. I would definitely take that advice from people. Because so many have lost their hair: and it has grown back. You CAN be one of them.

Take Biotin-rich supplements and diets. Also, wash your hair regularly.

Think about physician recommended meds.

Utilize a laser brush

Change your hair items

Stay away from hot showers

Change to hostile to DHT shampoos

Attempt scalp rub

Have a transfer

My hair is oily and I wash it twice a day and it still has dandruff and itches.

There are two different topics here; making your hair thicker and reduce the level of hair loss or prevent the stages of male pattern baldness from happening.
However, proteins and vitamins are necessary for both these items, but not strong enough for neither of them.
Losing hair might be due to your genetics, stress level, air pollution, sun radiation, and many more factors. Not a single medication is permanent even the hair transplant surgery.

sadly there aren't any other real treatment options apart from DHT blockers and hair transplants.

I do know some medications in excess - such as in cancer treatment - can cause severe hair loss. In those circumstances, it is just time that will make hair grow back.

There is no miracle cure for hair loss. But do be aware of any medications you take: they could cause hair loss. If this is the case, talk to your doctor and see their solution.

you cannot treat your hair loss with diet only

You can reduce hair loss: doing this by brushing your hair gently, using a light shampoo, etc. But LePresident is right: you can't cure hair loss by diet only. HOWEVER, a good diet will assist with reducing hair loss.

I am sorry you have to go through this: my sister suffers terrible hair loss, too, and it is upsetting to say the least. So do remember: you're not alone and your hair CAN grow back.
