Hey, these are some natural way to lose weight :
1.Keeping healthful snacks at home and in the office
2.Quitting added sugar
3.Drinking black coffee
4.Eating more fruits and vegetables
5.Eating more fiber
6.Eating slowly
7.Getting more sleep

you must follow these steps for weight loss
1. Drink Green tea
2. Avoid unhealthily fat
3. Eat fresh food
4. Do Exercise
5. Drink to much water
6. Go for a Morning walk regularly
