Thanks cosmopolitan, that's really a great article. Men nowadays really won't talk to anyone about their mental health problems. According to surveys, more than 77% of men suffer from anxiety, stress or depression. The biggest pressures in a man’s life are work, finance and health. Most men feel that their emotional health is at stake due to constant work pressure performance, parenting ability, and relationships in particular, while majority of them feel they get suicidal thoughts. These things often drive them to seek professional help.
