Greetings all - I am new to forum - healthy 47 year old athletic male with ailment last 6 months (below. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, - Seth

April 1 - Oct 28, 2018

Day 1 - 5 (stomach virus, aches and chills)

Day 6 - 10 (upper right abdomen pain, fever, headaches)

Day 7 - 14 (left intestines & right kidney, sharper pain, heartburn, gas, constipation)

Day 14 -20 (upper right side abdominal pain, constipation, sharper after fatty meal)

Day 20 - 29 (abdominal burning, right lung pain, chills, constipation, lost 10 lbs total)

Day 30 - 44 (lower back/flank/pelvis pain, discomfort in urethra, sore throat)

Day 45 - 60 (kidney/supra pubic/hip pain, upper left abdominal throb, urethra burn)

Day 60 - 120 (left hip/back pain, GI flares, left arm/hand discomfort, Pulsatile Tinnitus)

Day 120 - 180(now)+ (neck/back/hip pain - both sides, both shoulders/arm/hands aching numbness after lying down for hours, enflamed abdominal area - under left and right ribs, morning nausea)

Testing: 2 Ultrasounds (abdomen & Neck), 2 X-rays (abdomen), 4 CT scan (abdomen & Chest x 2), 1 MRI abdominal area (liver - good), hypercoag panel (good), Cystoscopy (good), CBCs/CMPs (good), Thyroid biopsy & Lobectomy (good), Stool & Urine tests, & Colonoscopy (good), Endoscopy (mild gastritis & small hiatal hernia)

Diagnosis: Pulmonary Embolism & infarct (Better), Urinary Tract Infection (gone), Thyroid Nodules (benign - removed), H.Pylori (negative), MRSE (Neck - fine now), gastritis, hiatal hernia, CBC & CMP (normal), C-Reactive Protein (<1 normal), ANA Test (pending?) Symptoms worsening...

Medications: Wayfarin (first 3 months); Antibiotics (10 days + 21 days); currently on probiotics only + weekly yoga & medical Massage

Concerns: chronic complex pain worsening, morning limb pain and nausea now, slightly low total protein & GFR, slightly high AST, ANA test pending? Asking for referral to Neurologist (spinal MRIs) and Rheumatologist.

My CRP test normal (<1) but ANA test positive? Awaiting further testing but fear Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). Any experience or insight out there? Thank you!
