Re: Diabetes Question

Hi Ben,

Please find some information here on Diabetes:

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/type-2-diabetes/

We would urge you to ask your GP that question, so that it is in line with your own individual circumstances.

Kind regards

Re: Diabetes Question

I'd follow the talk health team's advice.

You should always base how much sugar you are allowed to consume with your doctor, as it isn't random advice: your blood sugar levels are personal to YOU. It would be wrong to estimate: your life could be put at risk by doing so. I know that sounds dramatic, but you must be very, very sure you've got the right advice.

Talk to your doctor first.
