Worried about a pale brown mark between breasts

Hi there,

I discovered brown mark between my breasts (about 1.5/2cm in diameter) when I was pregnant last year - I assumed it was just another weird thing associated with pregnancy and ignored it. However its not disappeared and I'm getting worried it may be skin cancer. Its is slightly dry and only a bit darker in colour than my usual skin tone. It is not itchy or inflamed. I have eczema. I've made an appointment with my GP but I'm now really worried that I've left it so long it may have spread (first noticed about 18 months ago).
