Guttate Psoriasis

Hello - I have had Guttate Psoriasis twice very badly and luckily only have a few spots every now and then. However I have just realised that I have more than just a few that have suddenly occured - on my legs, arms, tummy and face. I plan to go into the sun as much as possible (clearly weather permitting) to see whether this will do the trick to contain it. Should I be putting sun protection on the spots or just leave them? Thanks

Re: Guttate Psoriasis

Hello
Apply sunscreen to all exposed skin to avoid burning, not just to the spots.
