Hi Keith,
it appears you have tried the dieting route. It appears cutting calories doesnt work.
I would suggest exercise to help get things moving along. Perhaps a Personal Trainer or coach with you initially.

Yes I really agree Mark but problem is hip joint on left and knee joint on right.
I have problem even walking 200 yds as for jogging/running no chance
Guess if I had been a horse they would have shot me by now

Hi
If you're still having problems with difficulty losing weight your GP ought to make sure you don't have an underactive thyroid as this is typically associated with weight gain or difficulty losing weight.
It's probably worth asking your GP to do this simple blood test.

Re: HELP wanted by a difficult male
Keith,
There are many types of exercise that you would be able to do with a personal trainer. I would say both running and jogging would be last on a long list
hand bike
seated exercises
standing exercises
seated theraband exercises
standing theraband exercises
water based exercises
seated stretches
standing stretches
laying stretches
mobility exercises
the list goes on...
breathing exercises
sitting meditation
standing meditation...
Just as a bud of a flower contains within it the innate form of the perfect flower, so do we all contain within ourselves the innate form of our own perfection. Under the proper conditions of sun, water, and nutients the bud unfolds to reveal the flower. Likewise under the proper conditions of our practice, that which is perfect within us - physically, mentally and spiritually begins to unfold. "Sifu Fong Ha"
I would suggest seeing a personal trainer and start the journey as soon as you can.
also agree as below and the GP may be able to offer some answers and assistance with your journey towards success.
