Can My Daughter Still Conceive

My daughter is 31 and just had her third miscarriage in two years, this time ectopic. They took away her ovary and the other has scar tissue on it. She has been told that they have to wait at least six months before trying again and then try again for six months befor ethey will be considered for one round of IVF on the NHS. What are her chances of having a full term baby? I hate seeing her go through this time and time again.

I am not sure why she was advised to wait...

She has proven tubal damage - from the ectopic - so she should be referred without "trying" simply because there is no point in waiting

I agree, there is no reason not to request a referral for IVF sooner rather than later
