How to get a period & regulate my cycles.

I've not had a period since March... I started Metformin 2 weeks ago.
I really want to try and regulate my cycles, any idea what will help?

Hi
There's potentially many issues which could be affecting your hormones involved in maintaining a normal menstrual cycle.
If you have confirmed PCOS then potentially metformin could help particularly if you are overweight but you need to be on a reasonable dose for at least a few months before things get back to normal.
If weight is a problem, then losing weight may help.
Best wishes

In addition to the above exercise as well as weight loss have been shown to help to restore your own hormone profile enough that egg release and hence periods can occur
