9 year old. Is it eczema?!

Hi all,
Really hoping for some clarification if possible and advice. My daughter did have a number of eczema flare ups at the age of 3/4 years. This were not particularly severe and occurred in the crease of her arm and seemed to flare when she was hot. She is naturally a warm child. She sweats quite a lot generally if it’s warm and goes very red and sweaty after any exercise. Over the last 3 years she has when on holiday abroad developed a very red face which then cracks and becomes very very sore and tight. This year we went to Greece and after the first time in the pool she was crying and in a lot of discomfort and pain. This is again just on the face?! Her face became very sore and infected. We are now back from a New year break in Italy (weather was very cold on one particular day). Now home her face is hot and she says feels tight again. Her face is red her cheeks are hot to touch and she complains that she feels really warm on he face. Is this eczema???

Sorry to hear of the pain and it may not be eczema, so it is best to see a dermatologist to get a diagnosis. I think it would also be good to record whether the rash is itchy and how soon it appear after the outdoor activity/ suspected trigger for the doctor to diagnose more accurately. Hope it would all get better soon, take care.
