I have recurring outbreaks of spots on my scalp, neck and shoulders. But nowhere else. They are very difficult to get rid of. They don't look like any of the common skin diseases pictured on the NHS site. Any ideas?

But really I would need more description e.g. what it looks like? Any symptoms? And I think in the first place it is a good idea to see a GP.
