To see if I can get this product from my doctor
To see if I can get this product called eqaderm ointment & eqaderm cream from my doctor or can I only produces this product for a shop please help!

I think the products you are referring to are Epaderm Ointment / Cream. These products are available for sale from your pharmacy in a variety of sizes and may be prescribed by your GP if they believe it is clinically appropriate for your condition.
You would have to discuss this request with your GP if you wish to receive them on prescription.
