Infra red lamp

I've struggled with eczema all my life but it has been very troublesome on my face and neck for the last 15 years. Last September I bought an infra red lamp for £40 and I use it most days, sometimes up to 3 times a day (at 15 minutes a go). I can't understand why no Dr or dermatologist has ever suggested this as the effect has been amazing - I no longer need steroid/hydrocortisone to control flare ups - I just use the lamp which does not have any bad side effects. Not only does it work on skin rashes it also clears up cold sores, spots, boosts collagen so helps wrinkles and can also get rid of viruses such as colds, warts and bacterial infections. Just had to share this in case anyone would benefit from using one, I couldn't be without mine now but careful not to burn yourself on the actual lamp, I accidentally dropped it on my arm whilst using it and had a nasty burn for a while! Other than that drinks lots and lots of mineral/filtered water and have a good diet without too much dairy. Good luck x
