Hi I'm new here and want some advice.

I have atopic eczema and I have severe flare ups,
My Dermatologist has recommended I take Azathioprine to help clear up my Eczema. However I am recluntant to take a new drug as I have never heard of it and heard the side effects are nasty and your prone to getting cancer if you are on it long term!

Has anyone ever taken this drug or heard of it?
