Moving abroad and long term medication

Good morning

I suffer from atopic dermatitis and regularly use protopic (tacrolimus) and once or twice every other week topical steroids. This is a long term treatment and way to relieve my skins inflammation. Im currently in the UK but am planning to go abroad long term to either Indonesia, Egypt, Sudan, Saudi Arabia or Bangladesh for work/studies.

Does anyone know how I would go about finding out if these medicines are readily available in the above countries and if they would be really costly or cheap. Is there any way of finding out without visiting each and every country?
Thank you for reading this

Google pharmacies/stores in those countries. See if you can find an email address or interactive website where you can ask questions. I realize that there may be a language barrier. If so, try using an online translator.
