have no eczema any more

I have had 23 years of dishydrodic eczema on my hands and feet mainly. It is a horrible disease and has brought me much pain and suffering. The past 3 months have been a miracle and I am praying that I have finally found a cure!

My allergist performed a patch test and determined that I was allergic to nickel. He suggested that I have as little contact as possible, belt buckles, jewelry, etc. I had heard the story that some eczema patients reduced their symptoms by eating a low-nickel diet. I played with it for a while and 3 months ago started with dedication and determination. It took a good 2 months, but my eczema is almost completely gone! I do not want to jinx it because I have found a few things that have worked for a couple of months in the past, but I wanted to share it somewhere to help someone!
