You are not alone in this. Please try to tell some-one, a friend family member or your GP. You will need some direct support and help to deal with how you are thinking and feeling.

Hi. I am sorry that you are being troubled by such unpleasant thoughts. It is difficult to be certain why you are having these particular thoughts and whether you are depressed. It is obviously important that you get some help with this. The most obvious place to go would be to see your GP who willbe able to help you or point you in the right direction to get help.
