anxiety and panic attacks

i think i am a little control freak, i have always found i panic when outside with my daughters when they become a little out of control if they run around and wont do as they are told i find that extremly stressful. i have given up trying to control my husbands drinking as i know that is a major stress for me. i think another round of something might help, i just have to decide if its cbt medication or hypnotherepy. i am reading books by other panic attack sufferers that have come out of it, so i know there is a tiny light at the end of the tunnel lol
