What type is my eczema?

I’ve lived with my eczema for 46 years now and from junior school it has plagued me with name calling and now being 46 I’m still so self conscious .
I can’t seem to upload a photo so my best description will have to do for now
My hands have always looked like that of a pensioners - they are soft but scaly looking with loads of lines - even my palms have lots of promenant lines.
They don’t itch have any other symptoms other than looking really old.
I can’t seem to find the name of this type of condition and have finally decided to check one last time if there is any sort of treatment.
