Can anyone identify my skin condition ?

I’ve lived with hand skin that looks really old since I was at junior school - so obviously this made my school time depressing.

Now 46 I’m still so self conscious of my hands.

I’ve tried to search for what type this is but I cannot find the name let alone if there is anything I can do about it.

My palms are full of lines too but not as much of a problem as the skin on top.

Can anyone help push me in the right direction as to the name of this condition?

Thank you - believe me I’ve tried to look for what I have for many years but to no avail.

I’m hoping that someone here may see the pictures and recognise the type and let me know.
