Contact dermatitis

Hey I'm a 38 year old girl with ichthyosis, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, rosacea and very sensitive skin. Ha I have it all lol.
The past 6 months I have been struggling. I can't use any washing detergent, soaps or moisturisers.
I've had E45, Epaderm, 50/50, oilatum, Eucerin, Aveeno, Doublebase, Cetraben and Calmurid. Along with any other moisturisers I've bought myself. I've also used coconut oil, almond oil, rosehip oil and olive oil.
All make my skin dry and flaky. I don't itch but I can feel my skin really tight and stingy.
The Drs are at their wits end with me, a referral to dermatology is an 18week waiting list which means I'll get to see some one November time.
I don't know what to do? I've tried pretty much everything and have spent in the last month £300 on stuff I can't use. What else can I do?

Re: Contact dermatitis

Sorry to hear, hugs. Will wet wrap work?

Take care,
