Access to continued talking therapy

I have recently finished a course of CBT/counselling via the IATP scheme and it was (mostly) very helpful. Now though, even though I have the facility to request a one off follow up in a few months time and in time re-refer if necessary, it feels a bit like I've had my time and that's pretty much it. Anything else kind of needs a crisis in order to qualify as 'need'. Is there any kind of ongoing service that could help to prevent such a crisis occurring in the first place?

Re: Access to continued talking therapy

Resources availability will determine how much therapy is available. Self help reading (books on CBT from the library or to buy), online CBT (Google it) and private therapists (see BACBP for recommendations for therapist in your area) are all options and of course continuing to practice what your learned in therapy.
