I have eczema really bad on the bottom of my right foot. I also have a big area around my ankle on the same leg I have been battling for a year now.

How do you put cream on the bottom of your feet and get it to stay on?

The itching is so bad both on my leg and my foot!

I don't have eczema on my sole (yet :lol: ), but I would massage the area with cream so that it absobs it, and then put cotton socks on and probably lie down for a few minutes until it's fully absorbed.
