Kefir heals my eczema

I have had eczema for a decade, which has presented serious flare-ups of itching, blistering, oozing and dry, cracked, flaking skin. Of all the OTC and prescribed common medications,
Triamcinalone Acetonide was the only one which helped, but every prescribing doctor warned against long term use (thinning skin; steroid dependency). Primecrolimus worked on my face, but is not an option as it is highly suspect of being carcinogenic. Since nothing else worked, I simply used these topical medicines for years, despite the side effects and risks.

Since then, however, I have discovered an even more effective treatment for my eczema, with no side effects. This discovery came in relation to another illness.

After moving into a new home a few years ago and subsequently contracting stage 3 Mycotoxicosis (toxic mold illness from Aspergillus Penicillium; Stachybotrys Chartarum), I consulted environmental specialist physicians- doctors who work with illnesses related to such things as asbestos, burning buildings- firefighters illness and toxic molds. I also did much research of existing medical studies on Mycotoxicosis. Of all the extensive existing medical protocol and research, the two treatments most effective were seaweed (fucoidan; alginate) and kefir (L.Ramnesis; etc). The seaweed was effective as a detoxification agent where activated charcoal failed. Where expensive probiotics had failed, simple kefir not only alleviated several mold poisoning symptoms over a long period of time, but I found that it surprisingly also provides immediate relief and alleviation of eczema symptoms when topically applied and simply left to dry. Libertè Kefir is quite effective, but not so is my homemade kefir (using k.grains and whole milk). I use Libertè because it is the only kefir that I can find locally that contains all the cultures indicated in lab studies to have effective anti-fungal properties. Why this works on eczema I do not know, but it is the most effective and least harmful of all the OTC, prescription and natural medicines that I have tried in my decade of using different eczema treatments.

I simply wanted to share this simple and effective eczema treatment in hopes that it will help someone. Please note that I am not likely to respond to comments/questions. Stress greatly triggers illness, and cel phone/computer time greatly triggers stress. It's time to get off the "phone," pray, go on a walk, and do good old-fashioned work with my hands. May God bless you and keep you and make His Face shine upon you.

Re: Kefir heals my eczema

It is good that eczema CAN be treated. It is a horrible skin condition but - as you've shown - it doesn't have to be endured. The right cream will heal the skin and make the skin feel much more pleasant and much less painful.
