I've had this for 6 years and stumped every DR! (pics atch)

Locations are on the under sides of both my forearms and biceps, on my chest and on the backs of my legs.

I got myself convinced for a while it was T Cell Lymphoma which turns out to be really rare...

I've had two biopsies and all were negative

Anyone seen anything like this before?

It also gets worse after exercise

Finally it has a few stages, red raw burning skin - flaky - or really scaly and shiny like snakes skin

Thanks for sharing, and doctors didn't provide you with any diagnosis? Allergy test? or exercise-induced rash? for instance, certain foods ingested before exercise can trigger rash. Or seek another doc opinion?
