Not well enough to work

I've currently been off work since middle of December and my full pay is going to be stopped soon and I only will get SSP.
I'm not sure when I will return due to side effects medication and emotional/anxiety/depression eczema causes me.
Just after some advice - is anyone else unable to work due to eczema and what financial support do they have.
