I can't sleep, I don't know what to do.

I've been struggling with a pretty sever flare up for about 6 weeks now. It's got to the point at night where I can't sleep (even with a high dosage of antihistamine) and my eczema is affecting every little part of my life.
I can't share a bed with my partner from fear of waking him up from itching and twitching, I'm grumpy and barely tolerable at work.
I'm tired, I'm sad and I'm extremely fed up.

Any suggestions would e highly appreciated.

We are very sorry to hear about the problems you have been having. Have you had a chance to go see your GP or local dermatologist yet? If you are in the middle of a flare-up, they may be able to provide some additional support and advice to help minimise the impact this is having on your day-to-day life.
