Eczema advice?

Hi,

I have had a skin condition for a while: eczema and some sort of fungal infection. I have visited a dermatologist a few times, got prescribed anti-eczema, anti-fungal creams which would always help for a short while. The skin disease keeps coming back and each time it comes back it expands a little bit more. This has been going on for around 8 years now. I am currently in my mid 20s. Every 3 months the hands heal and there's barely any sign of the disease but then it comes back and hits hard, especially in cold weather.

Would you have any advice on what I should do to cure it, or to at least make it heal as much as possible? It's currently only on two fingers on each hand, but starting slowly to expand towards the palm and other fingers.
