Spot Skin Problem

I scratched my skin in one spot and developed some sort of issue that does not want to go away. It usually happens during winter. My skin itches and if i scratch it the problem starts.
It is only that spot. See attached.

I cannot find a solution for this although in the past some sort of steroid ointment helped but i prefer a natural treatment. Anyone can recommend anything?

Thank you for your post and picture. Have you tried your local pharmacist rather than your doctor if you would prefer a more natural treatment, they may be able to recommend something to buy over the counter?
