How do you all prevent infection?
Hi,
I keep getting impetigo (the honey crusty stuff) on my face eczema. I try not to touch my face, but it seems like it comes back every week.
I use a diluted mixture of vinegar and tea tree oil on it which helps to make it go away. Is this safe?

Sorry to hear about the recurring impetigo.. I'm not sure about vinegar and tea tree as I haven't used it before. We use antimicrobial wash like on alternate days, can try Octenisan from Schulke, take care
