Shaving

Im a woman who shaves her legs and for years I got terribly itchy legs as the hair grew back. I'd scratch and I'd get terrible flare ups that would sometimes end in bacterial infections. For years this cycle would continue. Wet shave, fine for two days, day 3 the itch begins. I'd then use a mild steroid cream for a few days until I had to shave again. And so the cycle began again. My husband then began to shave his head and bought a good quality electric shaver. I tried it on my legs and realised (as the shave isn't as close) that I didn't get itchy legs as the grow back didn't irritate my skin. Such
a simple change but it's made a huge difference to me and it's so lovely to be able to get my legs out any time I like and not suffer the awful itch! Hope this is helpful to someone. Good luck everyone x

Re: Shaving

Wow, thanks for sharing this and yes, I noticed the itch with shaving starts on day 3!
