Scalp, please help!
Hi everyone,
I’m new to the forums and definitely should’ve joined up a long time ago!
I’m 35 and have had eczema my whole life. All in all I’ve grown out of the worst of it but one thing that still causes me more issues than any other, is dry skin, from the neck up.
And most recently I’ve got an incredible dry scalp. Big and small flakes of dry skin. Very visible in my hair and even at 35yrs old, a real confidence knock.
I really need a hair cut and am too embarrassed to go!
I’m definitely affected by stress and tiredness (aren’t we all) and I appreciate everyone’s is different.
I drink a lot of water and try not to over wash my hair.
It goes in phases, but right now it’s an all time low, and I just wondered if anyone else is in the same boat and if anyone has any ideas or even solutions to try!
Thanks so much in advance everyone.
Phil
